The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates strongly condemned the hateful and unacceptable incitement made by the extremist Israeli Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben-Gvir, calling for targeting the Palestinian leadership. The Ministry described his statements as a blatant transgression, a direct and clear threat to the leadership of the brotherly Palestinian people, and an unacceptable act of incitement. It also condemned his remarks rejecting the establishment of a Palestinian state, which represent an explicit undermining of efforts toward the two-state solution.

The Ministry’s spokesperson, Fouad Al-Majali, reaffirmed the Kingdom’s condemnation and absolute rejection of the ongoing racist and inflammatory statements made by ministers and officials in the extremist Israeli government against the Palestinian people and their leadership, made in parallel with dangerous escalatory measures in the occupied West Bank and the continued tightening and economic strangulation of the Palestinian people.
Al-Majali warned of the consequences of these measures, which signal a further deterioration of the situation and threaten the security and stability of the region.
He called on the international community to assume its legal and moral responsibilities, compel Israel to halt its dangerous escalation in the occupied West Bank and stop the racist statements of its officials, and to fulfill the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people in establishing their independent, sovereign state on the June 4, 1967 lines with East Jerusalem as its capital—being the only path to achieving a just and comprehensive peace that ensures security and stability in the region.
