Gov’t releases 389 administrative detainees

AMMAN — Minister of Interior Mazen Al-Faraya on Saturday instructed governors and administrative judges to release 389 administrative detainees who have not been involved in racketeering.اضافة اعلان

He added that the decision came after it was decided the detainees do not represent a threat to the public.

According to the Jordan News Agency, Petra, the minister said that the detainees deserved another chance to join society, adding that the period they had spent in reform and rehabilitation centers was enough.
