The spokesperson emphasized the relentless efforts of Jordan Customs cadres, working in collaboration with other national security agencies, to safeguard both the national economy and citizens from various forms of smuggling. Of particular concern is the smuggling of drugs, given their potential direct impact on human health, the Jordan News Agency, Petra reported.

He further urged the public to actively contribute to this collective effort by reporting any information or violations that could jeopardize the national economy or public health. Individuals were encouraged to use the Jordan Customs' toll-free number 105, specifically designated for reporting such incidents to the Anti-Smuggling Operations Center.
