Al-Ajlouni emphasized the necessity of handling these students' situations with flexibility. He instructed heads of departments and faculty members to accommodate the conditions resulting from travel constraints and to review each case individually until students are able to return to the Kingdom and resume their studies.

Al-Ajlouni noted that the university is working on preparing appropriate academic arrangements and plans to compensate for any educational content students might miss, ensuring that their academic progress is not hindered and they can continue their programs effectively.

Furthermore, the BAU Deans' Council has decided to categorize the absences of international and Jordanian students stranded abroad due to travel inability as "excused absences" until they can return and join their classes. This decision was made in consideration of the emergency circumstances beyond their control.

Balqa Applied University clarified that it is closely monitoring the current regional developments, asserting that these measures stem from its commitment to the best interests of its students. These procedures will remain in effect until flight operations normalize and students are able to return to their classrooms.
