1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp hot red pepper (optional)

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika

3 cups vegetable oil (for frying)

How to Prepare Crispy Chicken at Home

Prepare the marinade:
In a deep bowl, mix the yogurt with garlic powder, onion powder, hot red pepper, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.

Marinate the chicken:
Dip the chicken pieces into the marinade, coating them completely.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 4 hours (overnight is even better).

Prepare the coating:
In another bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
