In statements made to Al Jazeera, the official added that Tehran will work in the future to intercept and stop ships linked to Israel, indicating a potential expansion of operations to include maritime navigation.
The official confirmed that Iran has restructured its Command and Operations Center and adopted new strategic policies. He noted that these measures have already yielded what he described as "good practical results" during the ongoing confrontation.
These remarks come amidst escalating reciprocal strikes involving missiles and drones between Iran, Israel, and their respective allies, as the scope of regional tension continues to widen.
