Iranian State TV: Assassination of Top-Tier Iranian Military Leaders

Iranian state television reported today the killing of several senior military commanders in the Islamic Republic of Iran, in what is considered one of the most serious blows to the leadership hierarchy of the Iranian military establishment.اضافة اعلان

The broadcaster stated that Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi, Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, was killed in the recent events.

It also announced the killing of Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh, along with the Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Major General Mohammad Pakpour.
