Crispy kale chips are a light, nutritious snack packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber, making them a healthy alternative to traditional potato chips.

Ingredients:
200 g fresh kale leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
A small handful of toasted almonds, chopped
Instructions:
Wash the kale leaves thoroughly and dry them completely using a clean kitchen towel.
Remove the thick stems and tear or cut the leaves into medium-sized pieces.
Place the kale in a large bowl, add the olive oil and salt, and toss gently until all the leaves are evenly coated.
Arrange the leaves in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for 15–20 minutes, or until the leaves are crisp.
Remove the chips from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
Sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds and chopped almonds, then serve immediately for a delicious, crunchy snack.
