2 medium-sized lobsters
4 tablespoons melted butter

½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

Rinse the lobsters thoroughly, then carefully cut each one in half lengthwise using a sharp knife.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the lobster halves generously with the butter mixture, making sure to coat the meat evenly.

Preheat a grill or oven to 200°C (392°F).

Place the lobster halves meat-side up on the grill or baking tray.
