Ingredients:
2 cups cooked and drained chickpeas
1 ripe avocado
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced

½ teaspoon ground cumin
Salt, to taste
2–4 tablespoons cold water, as needed
For Garnish:
Whole cooked chickpeas
A sprinkle of paprika or sumac

Instructions:
Place the cooked chickpeas and avocado in a food processor.
Add the tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt.
