UNRWA: Gaza Needs a Steady Flow of Basic Hygiene Supplies

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) has confirmed the urgent need for a steady flow of basic hygiene supplies into the Gaza Strip.اضافة اعلان

In a statement posted on X today, Saturday, the agency said that residents of Gaza are facing a severe shortage of essential hygiene items, with access to soap becoming nearly impossible.

It explained that millions of soap bars are sold daily around the world and are easily available, but in Gaza, even soap has become very difficult to obtain.

UNRWA emphasized that delivering these supplies on a wide scale to those most in need in the Strip can only be done through the United Nations, including UNRWA itself.
