Over 88K ordered by IOF to evacuate from areas in Khan Younis

WASHINGTON — On Wednesday, the UN reported that the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) issued new evacuation orders through social media for Palestinians in several areas in Khan Younis, Al-Ghad reported.اضافة اعلان

According to a UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) report, the affected area covers about four square kilometers, with a population of approximately 88,000. Additionally, there are about 425,000 displaced individuals seeking shelter in 24 schools and other facilities.

The affected area includes Nasser Hospital, Al-Amal Hospital, and the Jordanian Field Hospital, representing about 20 percent of the remaining partially operating hospitals throughout the Strip. Three health clinics are reported to be in the affected area.


Furthermore, the report indicated that approximately 18,000 displaced individuals are in Nasser Hospital, with an unknown number seeking shelter in other health facilities.
