Israel launches investigation regarding the killing of 24 IOF soldiers

TEL AVIV – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the launch of an investigation into the deaths of 24 Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) soldiers in the Gaza Strip on Monday night, Al-Mamlaka TV reported.اضافة اعلان

"The [IOF] has begun an investigation into the disaster; we must take the necessary lessons and do everything in our power to preserve our fighters," he stated.

On Tuesday morning, the IOF announced the assassination of 24 of its officers and soldiers in the Gaza Strip, including a battalion commander.

According to Israeli media, the Palestinian resistance booby-trapped IOF-infested buildings with mines, resulting in multiple collapsed buildings and the deaths of IOF troops. Additionally, the opposition attacked an IOF tank, killing the soldiers inside.
