Iranian Foreign Minister: We are ready to consider any initiative that can end the war completely

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi expressed his welcome for any initiative capable of ending the war completely, emphasizing that Iran is ready to listen to and study such proposals.

In an interview with "Kyodo News," Araghchi stated that while some countries are attempting to find a solution to the war, it does not appear that the United States is ready to stop it. He added that Iran will continue to "defend" itself.

He further stressed that Iran would not accept a ceasefire without guarantees against the recurrence of war and compensation for the damages it has sustained.
