GAZA — In a press conference on Thursday, the spokesperson for the Gaza Ministry of Health reported the following:
● Israeli occupation forces (IOF) committed 13 massacres against families, resulting in 125 fatalities and 318 injuries in the past 24 hours.
● The death toll in Gaza has risen to 22,438, with over 57,614 injuries, 70 percent of whom are women and children.
● Israeli violations against the healthcare system led to the fatalities of 326 health personnel and the destruction of 121 ambulances.
● Israel intentionally targeted 150 health facilities, rendering 30 hospitals and 53 health centers out of service in Gaza.
● 99 health personnel, including hospital directors, are detained by Israeli forces under dire conditions, including physical and psychological torture and starvation.
● The criminal behavior of the Israeli occupation poses a threat to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital and Al-Awda Hospital in the central region.
● Nasser Medical Complex and Al-Amal Hospital, affiliated with the Red Crescent Society in Khan Yunis, are repeatedly targeted.
● Urgent international intervention is requested to protect hospitals in southern Gaza, ensure the safe arrival of the wounded and patients, and prevent a recurrence of the scenario seen in Al-Shifa Medical Complex.
