PARIS โ A deputy from the France Unbowed party Thomas Portes
has filed a criminal complaint against 4,185 French soldiers in the Israeli occupation forces (IOF), accusing them of complicity in crimes against humanity
and war crimes in Gaza, Al-Ghad reported.

On Saturday, in a post on X, formally known as Twitter,
Portes highlighted the magnitude of the crimes committed by the IOF in Gaza and
the West Bank, stating that he filed a criminal complaint with the public
prosecutor's office against French-origin soldiers fighting in Gaza and the
West Bank.
French Deputy Thomas Ports said on Saturday that more than 4,000 Israeli soldiers, who are French dual nationals, are fighting in Gaza.

Portes also posted an image of the criminal complaint he
sent to the public prosecutor, noting the presence of 4,185 soldiers of French
origin serving in the IOF in the region, pointing out that the French judiciary
is obligated to investigate the responsibility of French fighters in the area
for their actions that violate international and French law.
