Medical sources reported today, Sunday, that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 62,686, the majority of whom are children and women, since the start of the Israeli aggression on October 7, 2023.

The sources added that the number of injuries has increased to 157,951 since the beginning of the aggression, while some victims remain trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams.
In the past 24 hours, 64 fatalities and 278 injuries were reported at hospitals in Gaza. Since March 18, following the Israeli violation of the ceasefire agreement, hospitals have recorded 10,842 deaths and 45,910 injuries.
Among the victims who arrived at hospitals in the past 24 hours, 19 were fatalities and 123 were injured, bringing the total number of victims receiving hospital care for basic survival needs to 2,095 deaths and 15,431 injuries.
Gaza hospitals also recorded 8 deaths in the past 24 hours due to famine and malnutrition, raising the total to 289, including 115 children.
