In a statement issued today, Saturday, the Ministry emphasized that "obtaining a formal Hajj permit is a fundamental prerequisite for performing the pilgrimage." The Ministry urged everyone to comply with the instructions for this year's Hajj season (1447 AH), cooperate with competent authorities to ensure the security and safety of the "Guests of Allah," and promptly report any violators.
Strict Financial and Administrative Penalties
Saudi authorities have set a financial fine of 100,000 SAR for specific cases related to violating Hajj regulations. These stringent measures are part of the Ministry of Interior's efforts to organize the pilgrimage season and guarantee the safety of pilgrims.
