Royal Jordanian Navy takes part in Safe Beach

AMMAN — Activities of the joint maritime exercise “Safe Beach/5” kicked off on Sunday, in Saudi Arabia, with the participation of Royal Jordanian Navy and the Royal Saudi Naval Forces, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.اضافة اعلان

The one-week off-shore drill includes military exercises and simulations to address scenarios of the region’s challenges and ensure the combat preparedness of the participating forces, according to a joint statement.

This sea-based exercises come as a continuation of a series of joint drills held annually, and aimed at strengthening joint Jordanian-Saudi military cooperation in the military field, the statement added.

The drill also seeks to provide an opportunity for the participating forces to exchange expertise and enhance their military skills and coordination.
