AMMAN — The Ministry of Water and Irrigation and the Jordan Valley Authority have confirmed that they are
implementing an ambitious plan to take advantage of land and sites overlooking
the dams in a number of regions of the Kingdom, by offering them investment
opportunities, Ammon News reported
They called on investors to study the areas for
recreational activities, especially in areas overlooking the King Talal Dam in
Jerash Governorate.
Recently, the ministry invited investments by citizens,
companies, and the private sector to develop over 100 dunums, overlooking the
King Talal Dam prevailing in accordance
with procedures and regulations.
The projects will enable local communities to benefit from
operational and developmental opportunities, raising the level of recreational
activity in the proposed areas.
