According to a statement issued by the Ministry, Talhouni explained that the newly launched services allow judges to access electronic case files, review their contents, track and manage their requests, receive notifications on their accounts, view draft decisions, and send and receive circulars directly via their personal judicial accounts.
He emphasized that these services will enhance the efficiency of judicial operations and simplify procedures within the courts. He also revealed that additional services are planned in the coming phase as part of the Ministry's comprehensive digital transformation strategy, targeting a total of 100 e-services by year-end.
Talhouni noted that the services launched today enable judges to access case files electronically at any time and on any day, contributing to faster case resolution, saving time and effort, and reducing operational costs related to paperwork and human resources. The new services will also enhance oversight of administrative performance and help reduce overcrowding within court facilities.
He added that these services represent a significant advancement in the independence of the judiciary and align with national efforts to digitize and modernize the justice system, ensuring fair, prompt, and transparent judicial services.
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Justice launched its new e-services portal at the end of last year with 46 services. With today’s launch of judge-related services, the total now stands at 57, and is expected to reach 100 by the end of the year, as planned in coordination with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship.
