AMMAN — On Monday, the Ministry of Labor, under the directives of Prime Minister Bisher Al-Khasawneh, announced the end of work at 2:00pm for all governmental entities, including universities, municipalities, and both public and private companies, Al-Ghad reported.
The decision was made to receive and honor the national football team, who finished as runners-up in the AFC Asian Cup, and to allow everyone the opportunity to celebrate this occasion.
In response, the Public Security Directorate (PSD) also announced a traffic plan for the celebrations of the national football team's return, ensuring traffic flow along the route of the team bus from Queen Alia International Airport to the main celebration venue at Amman International Stadium.
