GIMC acquires RJ shares from Social Security Corporation

AMMAN — A press release issued by Royal Jordanian Airlines (RJ) stated that the Government Investments Management Company (GIMC) has acquired RJ shares on January 19, 2022, according to Al-Mamlaka TV. اضافة اعلان

According to the press release, the GIMC purchased 4.640.534 of the shares owned by the Social Security Corporation.  With the new acquisition, the GIMC owns 86.228 percent of RJ shares, whereas the Social Security owns 3.081 percent.
