Fuel prices expected to decrease by 5% to 7%

AMMAN — Energy expert Hashem Akel predicted on Sunday that fuel prices in Jordan would drop by 5 percent to 7 percent as a result of the global decline, according to Khaberni.اضافة اعلان

Akel also said that the drop will happen if global oil prices remain as they have been since the beginning of December. Oil prices fell from $87 a barrel to $76 a barrel during the current week

He added that global diesel prices point to an at least 8 percent decrease next month, unless global events occur that raise prices.
