Foiled Attempts to Smuggle Large Quantities of Drugs Through the Eastern Region

The Eastern Military Region foiled two attempts at dawn on Wednesday to smuggle large quantities of narcotics transported by balloons guided with primitive devices along its front and within its area of responsibility.اضافة اعلان

The balloons were intercepted, brought down, and their cargo seized inside Jordanian territory after being detected at two separate locations by Border Guard forces, in coordination with security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Department. The confiscated materials were handed over to the relevant authorities for necessary legal action.
