Eastern Military Region Foils Drug Smuggling Attempt Using Balloons

The Eastern Military Region, at dawn on Thursday, foiled an attempt to smuggle a quantity of narcotics carried by balloons guided by primitive devices along its front and within its area of responsibility.اضافة اعلان

The balloons and their cargo were intercepted and brought down inside Jordanian territory after being detected by Border Guard forces, in coordination with security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Department.

The seized materials were handed over to the relevant authorities to take the necessary legal actions.
