The Commission stated:
"This funding represents a significant milestone in our strong relationship with Jordan, fulfilling the commitments outlined in the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership adopted earlier this year."

Supporting Reforms and Economic Stability
The assistance aims to support Jordan’s external financing needs, contributing to the continued consolidation of public finances and backing the implementation of structural reforms.
Through this, the European Union seeks to assist Jordan in advancing its reform agenda, while also promoting job creation, economic growth, and investment.
