His Highness listened to a briefing on the services provided by the incubator to help beneficiaries develop their projects within an environment that responds to market needs and fosters innovation. The incubator offers eligible projects intensive hands-on training in business development, marketing, and financial management, as well as legal and technical consultations.

Participants from the first cohort presented their projects, which had received technical and knowledge-based support from the incubator across various fields.

The Crown Prince also visited the college’s branch in Hakama, where he reviewed its technical and vocational training programs that utilize advanced equipment and tools to simulate real work environments and prepare trainees for the job market.

During the visit, His Highness received a briefing from the CEO of the Advanced Vocational Training College, Ammar Ghraybeh, who explained that the college—with its seven branches, including the women’s incubator in Irbid—is supported by the German government through the German Development Bank (KfW), in partnership with the Ministry of Labor and the Crown Prince Foundation.

The Hakama branch currently hosts 433 male and female trainees across 33 specializations under both technical and vocational diploma programs.

His Highness toured the college’s facilities, visited several training workshops, and spoke with students about their experiences.

Accompanying the Crown Prince during the visit were Minister of Labor and Chairman of the Vocational Training Corporation Khaled Al-Bakkar, German Ambassador to Jordan Bertram von Moltke, Director of the Crown Prince’s Office Zaid Al-Baqaain, and KfW Country Director in Jordan Matthias Schmidt-Rosen.
