Jordan's Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Department announced on Thursday that it will launch an online booking service for practical driving tests through its electronic portal, starting Sunday, August 9, as part of its ongoing digital transformation initiative to improve public services and simplify procedures.

The department said the new service will allow applicants to schedule their practical driving test appointments online without the need to visit a licensing office in person.
Officials said the initiative is part of the department's broader plan to expand digital services in line with the Kingdom's digital transformation efforts and to make government services more accessible and convenient for citizens.
The Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Department encouraged those wishing to use the service to access its electronic portal and book their appointments online.
