KAMPALA— Uganda stated that Judge Julia Sebutinde, who opposed all provisional measures ordered by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) for Israel in a case brought by South Africa regarding the Gaza war, does not represent Uganda's position, Quds News reported. Sebutinde voted against all six measures issued by the ICJ following its ruling on Friday, which found South Africa's claim of Israeli genocide plausible. The court then issued an interim order urging Israel to cease obstructing aid deliveries into Gaza and improve the humanitarian situation.
