The draw for the round of 16 of the 2026/2027 CFI Jordan Cup was held on Thursday at the headquarters of the Jordan Football Association, featuring the 10 clubs competing in the Jordan Pro League alongside the six teams that advanced from the preliminary rounds.

The draw produced the following matchups: Al-Hussein will face Daqra, Al-Baqa’a will meet Jerash, Al-Jazeera will play Hay Al-Amir Hassan, and Al-Ramtha will take on Sahil Hauran. Al-Wehdat will face Al-Arabi, Shabab Al-Ordon will meet Ittihad Al-Ramtha, Al-Salt will play Al-Yarmouk, and Al-Faisaly will take on Al-Ahli.
The draw was conducted electronically and randomly, in accordance with the approved team-allocation procedure. Odd numbers were assigned to teams that will play at home, while their opponents were assigned even numbers.
The round of 16 matches will take place from November 19 to 22 under a single-match knockout format. Matches will be played at the grounds of the teams assigned odd numbers, with gate receipts shared equally between the two clubs.
