Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli bulldozers began blocking all entrances to Beita with earth mounds, preventing residents from entering or leaving, effectively isolating the town from its surroundings.
They added that Israeli forces were deployed around the perimeter of the town.
Other military units continued raiding Beita, conducting searches and combing through several neighborhoods.
Witnesses also noted that the army closed several entrances in the nearby town of Odala.
