The survey unit is responsible for identifying the location,
evacuating the bodies, and collecting the remains of
IOF soldiers in Gaza,
Al-Ghad reported.
The newspaper pointed out that grants allocated to the unit
were reduced from 4,000 shekels ($1063.52) to 2,000 shekels ($531.76).
“We feel ashamed of receiving half the grant. We leave
everything and risk our lives in enemy territory. No one comes here for money,
but if this is the thanks, it is unfortunate and disappointing,” one of the
soldiers told the newspaper.
