In its announcement posted on the ministry’s official website, the ministry emphasized that applicants must only select a teaching specialization that matches their academic degree, noting that regulations strictly prohibit choosing a different field even if the applicant's specialization is not listed.

The ministry also clarified that no visits to the ministry’s main building are allowed for application purposes. In-person document verification (including submission of degree certificates and national ID) must be completed at the local education directorate corresponding to the applicant’s residential address, which is required to validate the application and sit for the exam.

Additionally, the ministry announced the inclusion of subjects under the newly introduced BTEC program within specific specializations to meet vocational and technical education needs, if vacancies exist. New academic fields such as psychology, sociology, and philosophy have also been added to align with the newly developed curricula.
