Injuries Reported During Israeli Raid on Birzeit University

Several students were injured by live bullets and tear gas inhalation during an incursion by the Israeli occupation forces at the campus of Birzeit University.اضافة اعلان

According to Nirdin Al-Mimi, the university’s Public Relations Officer:

One student was shot in the foot with live ammunition.

Two other students sustained bruises from falls.

Several students suffered from tear gas inhalation.

The occupation forces reportedly fired live bullets, tear gas, and sound grenades within the campus.

Around 8,000 students were present during the raid. The forces broke the university’s main gate, entered several buildings and faculties, and confiscated equipment belonging to the student movement.
