22,000 Israeli Wounded Added to Rehabilitation System Since “7 October 2023”

The Rehabilitation Division of Israel’s Ministry of Defense revealed that 82,400 Israeli injured individuals are currently receiving treatment through the division, including 31,000 suffering from psychological disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).اضافة اعلان

Israeli reports indicated that nearly 22,000 wounded people have been added to the division’s care since the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip began on 7 October 2023, with 58% of them suffering from psychological injuries.

Israeli estimates predict that by 2028 the division will be responsible for the care of 100,000 injured individuals, half of whom will experience psychological disorders.

Meanwhile, the division’s budget has increased by 53%, reaching 8.3 billion shekels.
