Real estate trading up by 8% in first month of 2022

AMMAN — The volume of trading in the real estate market in Jordan in January amounted to approximately JD343 million, an increase of 8 percent compared to the same period last year, according to Department of Land and Survey (DLS) data released Sunday and carried by Al-Rai daily.اضافة اعلان

Of this sum, JD183 million in trades took place in Amman.

The DLS’ revenue in the first month of the year amounted to about JD15.1 million, at an increase of 17 percent compared to January 2021.

The value of apartment exemptions for February amounted to about JD7.1 million, an 8-percent decrease compared to February 2021.
