32,200 apartments sold during first 10 months of 2022

AMMAN — In the first 10 months of this year, 32,002 apartments were sold, whereas 33,001 were sold during the same period last year, Al-Rai daily reported.اضافة اعلان

According to a monthly report issued by the Department of Land and Survey, 10,003 of the apartments sold were less than 120sq.m. in area; in the comparison period last year, 10,009 apartments of the same size were sold.

In the same period this year, 9,003 apartments of areas between 120sq.m. and 150sq.m. were sold, whereas last year, 10,002 apartments of similar area were sold.

Also, 12,005 apartments bigger than 150sq.m. were sold this year, compared to 11,008 same-size apartments sold last year.
