RJ registers 50m share capital increase

AMMAN — The Securities Depository Center registered a 50 million share capital increase in Royal Jordanian Airline on Monday, with the capital allocated by the Government Investment Management Company, according to Al-Mamlaka TV.اضافة اعلان

The capital of the company registered with the center became 324,610,470 shares, up from the previous 274,610,470 shared, as decided during the extraordinary meeting of the company’s general assembly, with approval from the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply, and from the Securities Commission’s Board of Commissioners.
