At 12:00 PM, the Parliamentary Legal Committee will continue discussing the 2026 draft amended Real Estate Ownership Law.

The draft law aims to enable the Department of Lands and Survey to analyze the real estate market and issue related reports and data based on the collection and analysis of property data. This will provide clear performance indicators and studies that reflect the reality of the real estate market, contributing to a swift response to its fluctuations.

The bill also includes enhancing digital transformation in the operations of the Department of Lands and Survey. This will be achieved by adopting electronic transactions and digital signatures for concluding and authenticating contracts, receiving applications and transactions, issuing documents and deeds, and conducting notifications electronically, alongside the utilization of electronic payment methods.

At the same time, the Tourism and Antiquities Committee will discuss the challenges facing owners of tourism agencies specializing in inbound tourism.

Additionally, the Agriculture and Water Committee will hold a meeting at 1:00 PM to discuss the current water situation in the Kingdom, along with other matters related to the water sector.
