Heading into the weekend, on Friday, temperatures will remain cold, and the wind will pick up; especially at night mercury levels will dip.
Saturday will bring some reprieve as temperatures rise slightly, but the night will remain cold.

The Jordan Meteorological Department warned of slippery roads and the chance of flooding in areas experiencing rain.

On Thursday, cold weather conditions will continue to prevail countrywide, with clouds at low altitudes and a probability of rainfall in the northern and central regions, the JMD added.
