The dinner, held under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Qatar Museums, coincided with Qatar’s celebration of its 50-year cultural journey under the “Nation of Progress” initiative.
The event was hosted by the Qatar Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in design, fashion, and technology, along with the Franca Sozzani Preventive Genomics Fund, which supports research aimed at using individual genetic information to predict future health risks, detect hereditary diseases early, and mitigate or prevent their effects—conditions affecting millions of children and adults worldwide.
