Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs and Holy Sites, Mohammed Al-Khalaileh, inaugurated the “Holy Quran Department” within the Ministry’s Printing Directorate, dedicated to printing and designing the Holy Quran using the latest technological methods.

Al-Khalaileh also honored, in the presence of the Ministry’s Secretary-General Dr. Ismail Al-Khatib, the Director of the Printing Directorate and its staff in appreciation of their efforts in developing the work and improving performance, coinciding with the Kingdom’s celebrations of International Workers’ Day.
He affirmed that the ministry is moving forward with modernizing its printing facilities using the latest technologies, in line with the highest international standards in printing the Holy Quran, reflecting Jordan’s mission under its Hashemite leadership in serving and spreading the Book of Allah.
He explained that developing the printing operations will help meet the needs of the ministry and the local market by improving production quality through the introduction of modern equipment that ensures printing accuracy and enhances operational efficiency. He stressed the ministry’s commitment to advancing the printing house to become a distinguished local and regional model of quality and excellence.
He added that the next phase will witness further development, stressing that this achievement is the result of collective work and full commitment to achieving excellence in serving the message of the Holy Quran and strengthening its presence in society.
For his part, the Director of the Printing Directorate, Engineer Mohammed Al-Qudoumi, confirmed full readiness for printing and designing the Holy Quran, in addition to publishing the ministry’s books and announcements, as well as printed materials for various official and private entities. He also reviewed the nature of the work of the printing departments, which were established in Russeifa in 1973 as a non-profit charitable endowment.
