During a meeting at the King Abdullah I Mosque with administrative, instructional, medical, and media delegations for the upcoming Hajj season, Al-Khalayleh stated that the Ministry has mobilized all resources in cooperation with the medical mission. He noted the provision of medicines and medical supplies, emphasizing continuous monitoring of pilgrims—especially the elderly—to prevent heat exhaustion and manage crowds.

The Minister stressed the importance of the official media’s role in conveying an accurate image of the Hajj season, urging accuracy and adherence to regulations governing filming and publishing to maintain credibility. He also emphasized the necessity of complying with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, noting that the large gatherings require the highest levels of discipline.

Integrated Plan and Digital Solutions
Al-Khalayleh added that the Ministry has prepared a comprehensive plan covering organizational, health, and instructional aspects from the convoys' departure until their safe return. He highlighted the launch of the "Jordanian Pilgrim" app and the "Wafd Al-Rahman Jordan" app for pilgrims, alongside the "Wafd Al-Rahman Supervisors" app for administrative teams.

These digital platforms aim to:

Display prayer times based on geographical location.

Show data for pilgrims, supervisors, and their respective coalitions.

Send direct health and organizational alerts.

Enable pilgrims to submit electronic complaints and feedback for immediate resolution by the mission management.

Convoy Schedule
The Minister announced that the first convoys of Jordanian pilgrims will depart next Wednesday from the Giza area, south of Amman. The dispatch will occur in waves according to a precise timetable to ensure safety and smooth movement.

For his part, the Director General of Hajj and Umrah, Majdi Al-Batoush, explained that the dispatch process considers border congestion and hotel check-in schedules in Madinah. He noted that the Jordanian mission has achieved high levels of organization in previous seasons, receiving accolades and awards for its cooperation with Saudi authorities and service providers.

The meeting was attended by the Director General of the Zakat Fund, Abed Smirat, the Assistant Secretary-General for Preaching and Islamic Guidance, Moawiyah Al-Batoush, and various directors, male and female religious guides, and medical and media staff.
