Local Government Minister Requests Permanent Status for 7,000 Daily Wage Workers
The Minister of Local Administration, Engineer Walid Al-Masri, has requested the granting of permanent employment status to 7,000 daily wage workers within the municipal and other sectors, whose service periods range from three to seven years.اضافة اعلان

In an official letter addressed to the Prime Minister, Al-Masri proposed a phased permanent appointment plan spanning four years. The plan would be based on criteria prioritizing job importance and actual fieldwork performance.

Al-Masri clarified in his letter that 6,000 of these daily wage workers are employed in the municipal sector, while the remaining 1,000 work across other sectors.
