The General Authority of the Knights of change Association for Political Development and Civil society Development held its annual meeting at its headquarters in Amman, on Monday evening, 2025/12/8, where a new administrative body was elected that will lead the institution's journey during the next stage, within the framework of a comprehensive national vision that promotes youth participation in development and building the future.

The election resulted in the selection of:
Engineer Mohannad Abbas Haddadin-Chairman of the administrative body (by relative majority).
Dr. Khatam Zuhair Khalaf Al-Abadi-Vice president (by relative majority).
Mr. Maan Ibrahim Al-Shamaileh-Secretary of the secret (by relative majority).
Lawyer Aya Musa Al-Adwan-assistant to the president (by relative majority).
Lawyer Ahmed Jamal Al-Shehabat-treasurer (by relative majority).
The General Authority confirmed that the election of a new council comes in response to the expansion of the foundation's scope of work locally and in the Arab region, and the volume of programs and initiatives offered in the fields of political, economic and entrepreneurial empowerment, in line with the Royal vision of comprehensive modernization led by His Majesty King Abdullah II and His Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II – may God protect them – in empowering young people and their participation in shaping the future.
The public authority expressed its thanks and appreciation to the former administrative body and its chairman for their efforts during the past period in enhancing the presence of the Knights of Change as an influential National Youth Institution with an increasing presence on the national and Arab arena.
The meeting also discussed the new strategic plan and made a number of organizational decisions related to the work structure, and dismissed some members based on the applicable regulations and instructions, in a way that enshrines professionalism and institutional discipline and preserves the reputation of the Knights of change and its values and mission.
The new administrative body confirmed its commitment to launch more comprehensive and impactful national programs aimed at:
Empowering young people with the tools and skills for the jobs of the future locally, regionally and globally.
Promote culture, entrepreneurship, innovation and digital transformation.
Support civil and political participation of society, youth and women.
Building effective partnerships with national initiatives, community bodies, specialized institutions, public and private sectors.
The Knights of change will remain open to cooperation with all community groups, relevant entities, voluntary initiatives, and institutions supporting development—without exception—to serve the Supreme National Interest and enhance the opportunities of young people to progress, leadership, and competition.
The new administrative body also includes an elite group of experienced and competent National People, who have held leadership positions in various institutions, won local and international awards, and have distinguished experiences in leadership, innovation and public work, which reflects the scale of responsibility and the confidence of the youth community in them to lead a qualitative and pivotal stage in the March of the Knights of change.
The General Assembly concluded its meeting by stressing that the Knights of Change came to remain a compass and a beacon of a road, and will continue its role as a common national ground that carries a conscious youth vision, and translates the aspirations of Jordanians into actual programs that enhance Jordan's image, status and leadership at the local and Arab levels.
