Jordan dispatched a 13th humanitarian convoy to Lebanon on Thursday, carrying medical supplies, equipment and hygiene kits across 14 trucks.
The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation sent the convoy with the Jordanian Armed Forces and the World Food Programme, after an assessment of needs on the ground identified the health sector as a priority.

Twelve convoys have gone before it, totalling 239 trucks and 2,756 tonnes of relief material since the crisis began. The organisation thanked Syrian authorities for facilitating the convoy's transit, and said it is coordinating with Lebanese officials on where the aid is directed.
