Jordan on Saturday condemned the renewed Iranian attacks targeting the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait, including strikes on an electricity generation and water desalination facility.
In a statement, Jordan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates described the attacks as a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of both countries, a threat to their security, stability, and territorial integrity, a dangerous escalation, and a clear breach of international law and the United Nations Charter.
The ministry reaffirmed Jordan’s full solidarity with Bahrain and Kuwait, stressing the Kingdom’s support for all measures taken by the two Gulf states to safeguard their sovereignty, security, and the safety of their citizens and residents.
