AMMAN — The Thabahtoona campaign said that its efforts in 2021 focused on confronting the repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic on the educational process, both at the school and university level, building on the activities of 2020, according to Amman Net.اضافة اعلان

The campaign’s efforts addressed more than one issue, including the resumption of classroom learning and university fees among other issues related to payment of fees prior to registration, female students’ housing, depriving students deferring on fee payment from online education, and the hike in registration fees.

The campaign followed up on the impact of the pandemic and the defense orders on students’ freedoms, the interruption of union activities and the inability to organize student elections for nearly two years, which affected student representation at universities.  The campaign also monitored cases of investigation with students on grounds of activities on campus.

“In 2021 we made achievements on certain issues while we continue to work on others. We hope to stop the defense orders so that we can have broader space to fulfill our goals,” stated the Thabahtoona campaign.
