The Commission described these reports as an official notification requiring investigation to verify their accuracy, prompting direct communication with the investor to hear his account.اضافة اعلان

The investor had previously filed a complaint with the IACC against the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission for denying him a license to establish a fuel station at Queen Alia International Airport.

The IACC’s review revealed that the license was denied for security reasons, as the proposed station would be only 130 meters from the northern runway’s security fence, which is equipped with navigational aids and lighting for emergency landings.

The IACC affirmed its commitment to ensuring integrity and fairness in all investment-related matters, protecting investors’ rights, and preventing any abuses. It emphasized that the Commission’s doors are always open to receive complaints.

Citizens and investors can submit complaints via the IACC’s website, mobile app, and social media accounts, with a dedicated channel for monitoring and addressing investor-related issues according to the law.
